Case study for retail security services provided to Hackett

What Was The Security Risk?

This case study is a good example of our retail security guards.

Retail stores often house valuable merchandise and assets. But this can often make them a frequent target for theft. Some stores face incidents of customers shoplifting. While others may have their own employees steal from them. Many people attempt to steal from retail premises to steal valuable items they can resell.

But in addition to shoplifting, retail shops also face many other threats. Some of these are fraud, abuse, vandalism, and property damage. One of the best ways to stop these threats is through security guards. Security personnel are known to be a visible deterrent to criminals.

Hackett was looking for some additional security protection for a few of their stores. They messaged us, and we quickly supplied them with a personalised security solution.

How Did We Help Them?

We started protecting Hackett back in December 2022. We supply security coverage in their stores on Regent Street and Savile Row. The security protection we provide them with is retail security guards.

Our retail guards are trained to detect all signs of shoplifting. They thoroughly monitor all customers who enter the store and look out for suspicious activity. One way they do this is by conducting regular patrols around the store. These patrols allow our guards to review the store’s safety and quickly identify any shoplifters. If they do encounter a shoplifter, our guards will first contact the police. And then safety detains the shoplifters till the police arrive.

As well as identifying shoplifters, our guards will also provide the store with a safer working environment. One way they do this is through their strong security presence. Having a well-trained guard protecting a store, allows customers and employees to feel more confident about their safety.
