LNC Property Developments started their business journey in 2019. And since then, their business has grown.

LNC Property specialises in designing and building UK care homes. Their team deals with every stage of a project’s production. This includes the planning stages to the construction of a project.

LNC Property mainly specialises in care homes. However, they offer additional design and building services to other businesses like retail premises. Their other services include brickwork, groundwork, structural alterations, and shop fitting.

How Did We Help Them?

We have been providing security guards to LNC Property Developments since February 2023. Our security officers are responsible for protecting one of their Blackburn sites.

Our guards will not only prevent any criminals from entering the site but they are also responsible for monitoring access points. Our guards do this by performing regular patrols around the site and using CCTV monitoring equipment to review areas with blind spots.

Our guards also ensure that all security operations run smoothly. One way they do this is by conducting risk assessments. They use risk assessments to review the current security measures that LNC Property already has and to look for any vulnerabilities in this security.

Our security contract with LNC Property is quite flexible. Sometimes things will be quiet on site, and they won’t need any security cover. But they always get in touch with us, when they are looking to hire additional security protection.
