Stockx was first founded in 2015. The company is a global online marketplace filled with trainers and clothes. Stockx offers well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Yeezy.
Customers can use the marketplace in two ways: to buy products or sell their unwanted items. Stockx provides transparent pricing, no chargebacks, and a multi-step verification process. To ensure that all products sold on their website are the real deal.
In November 2020, the store started selling electronic products. Like game consoles, computer hardware and phones. In recent years, the business decided to expand its empire. They did this by opening up a few physical retail stores.
What Was The Security Risk?
This case study is a good example of our retail security guards.

How Did We Help Them?
Our working relationship began with StockX back in January 2022, when one of their stores first opened. And we have continued to work with them in this store, up until its closure in March 2024.
We provided StockX with efficient retail security guards. Our retail guards are expertly trained to safeguard stores against thieves. One of our primary strategies to do this is through the placement of our guards. We position some officers with the shop’s floor staff. These guards will conduct regular patrols around the shop whilst looking out for criminals.
Another area where we place our guards is the front of the store. These guards act as a visual deterrent against thieves and provide the shop with a strong security presence. This security presence is used to stop criminals from entering the store.
As well as deterring criminals, our guards’ security presence will also provide StockX with a safer working environment. When a highly trained guard is protecting a store, it can cause employees to feel more confident about their safety at work.
